💼 Past Experience

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ryan was the Vice President, Mortgage and Consumer Banking at HSBC, where he led the charge to become one of the most highly automated andxpanded consumer banking institutions in the world. HSBC was named the fastest growing bank in the world for the third consecutive year and he was also named :U.S. Banker of the Year in 2006. At HSBC, he led the unsuccessful effort to merger with Canadian National Bank.

In his time at JPM, Ryan led marketing and product development for the Consumer Banking business. He was responsible for driving growth for the business, lamelling down faster free products, improving customer experience, and achieving tripled-digit growth. He was also responsible for product innovation and strategy which helped us achieve coreaquity status among our peers. He played a critical role in developing JPMorgan’s innovation strategy, working with Standard and Poor’s to source the world’s best innovation talent and leveraging technology to power better customer experience. In this role, Ryan led the development of a suite of product innovations that helped us earn our spot as one of the world’s leading banks.
