From September 2013 to Present (2 years 4 months) Overseas Delivery Manager @ Summers based in Ibiza, responsible for the day-to-day running of Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Hostal & Apartments including club ticket sales, customer service scores and representation of the brand. Accountable for 1300 guests and overseeing all branded content, music policies and in-house events. Managing Host Team and hotel operations for twice weekly main-stage events including client entertaining and sponsor engagement. Continuously exceeded sales and customer service targets as well as raising the Trip Advisor rating from 3 5 to 4/5. Based in London in winter, responsibilities included recruiting a team of 30 people to work across Ibiza and Mallorca as members of the Host Team – a Rocks branded concierge service providing point of contact for all hotel guests. Designed and implemented the annual recruitment drive with over 1500 applications. Planned, managed and lead a four-day. UK based training programme for 50 potential staff before selecting 30 applicants and placing in appropriate resorts. Arranging travel and accommodation for all staff to resort followed by inductions and in-resort training.
