Rui Li has a BDS degree in Compute Science from Tsinghua University, where she studied from 2002 to 2006. She also has a PhD in Compute Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she studied from 2006 to 2010.

Rui Li has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from Fudan University and a Master’s degree in engineering from Caltech. After she completed her graduation, she worked as a software engineer at a software company and then at Facebook before moving to Conviva. She has experience in data warehousing and big data analysis, and is responsible for making Google’s movies and TV apps easier to use and analyze. She is also one of the key members of a team that is spearheading a project that enables beta release of Widevine DRM on Roku.
