From May 2014 to Present (1 year 6 months) Paris Area, FranceGroup Head of Organisational Development @ Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, developed global strategy, procedures and guidelines covering Organisational Structure, Talent Management and Leadership Development. Specifically: • Led a global organisational review exercise, which provided a blueprint for future structural expansion or reduction as needed. From March 2011 to February 2013 (2 years) JohannesburgOrganisation & Staffing Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa @ Reporting to the Regional HR Executive, developed and implemented processes across the region such as talent assessment, strategic staffing and pipeline development. Led the annual HR talent review process (Session C) including succession planning, manager and employee training and senior staff reviews. Also functioned as HR Manager for the HR team. Specifically: • Staffed up the HR team from 5 to 12, across Angola, Nigeria and South Africa, in 6 months. This afforded the fledgling region the same level of professional HR support as anywhere else in GE. • Successfully launched the HR Leadership Program (HRLP) in the region. The HRLP is one of GE’s flagship leadership programs and introducing it to the region allowed local HR talent access to fast-track development, international assignments and high-level exposure, upon selection. From January 2010 to February 2011 (1 year 2 months) Houston & JohannesburgHuman Resources Manager @ Provided strategic HR leadership to multiple functional groups within VetcoGray, post acquisition by GE, and transitioned them to GE’s HR standards, systems and processes.
