Senior Campaign Manager SEO @ As the Senior Campaign Manager of SEO, I simultaneously manage a full client load and have 1:1 meetings with Campaign Managers to help identify bottlenecks, find areas of improvement, and brainstorm innovative strategies to give clients the most successful campaigns possible.
I also actively problem solve bottlenecks, training needs, and areas of improvement within the team. Once an issue is identified, I help create a solution and bring the new process to fruition via. team training programs and 1:1 support when necessary. Graphic Design: Designed graphics for blogs, the yearly conference (KahenaCon), social media, the website and a few other projects.
Tool Development: "I bet I can automate that" is my motto, which was put to use at Kahena on a daily basis. Helped to automate competitive analysis as well as client deliverables.
Blogging: Actively blogged throughout Kahena employment and gave great insight into tools developed as well as discoveries made whilst learning about SEO. Graphic Design: Designed 15+ brochures for the 2013-2014 conference season. Created graphics for the website and social media for all conferences, blogs and articles between 2011-2013.
Website: Posted/edited blogs, articles and graphics. The site was hosted on a Joomla CMS with a VirtueMart checkout plugin, both of which I am now extremely versed in using.
Travel: Organized and booked, successfully, 100+ travel plans for the 2011-2013 conference seasons for all employees who traveled to conferences. Went on about half of these trips and gained valuable insight into the different cultures around the US and the world. From February 2011 to August 2013 (2 years 7 months) Sales Intern @ Marketing: Door to door marketed around the bay area (to over one thousand homes) advertising house painting services for three months.
Managing: Successfully managed over eight different employees with different levels of education and english speaking abilities.
