I thrive working collaboratively within a team environment while remaining a creative and critical thinker.
Other important skills stem from my creative writing for clients, which as a result has required me to copy write and proofread on a regular basis for a whole range of brands. This supports my ability to communicate effectively on a number of platforms for a variety of different organisations and is good evidence of my meticulous attention to detail.

Project Manager @ From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Brighton, United KingdomProject & Account Manager @ I manage a variety of digital marketing projects for a wide range of clients, helping to develop their online presence. This includes leading strategy for their SEO, social media, PPC, web development, design and video production & marketing campaigns. This involves leading the creation of online video marketing concepts, website and social media platform optimisation and content marketing campaigns, as well as website redesigns to improve user experience. My key responsibilities include managing budgets, project scope and delivery timescales using Agile project management system, Jira. I regularly meet with clients to deliver campaign results, as well as to launch new projects and continually work alongside them to ensure consistency in their brand message through all digital marketing platforms. Additionally, I keep clients updated during crucial stages of project development, report on campaign results on a regular basis and quality check and deliver all project and campaign work to scope within agreed timescales and budgets. I am responsible for the coordination of project delivery, quality assurance and the main point of contact for a variety of high profile clients during critical phases of a project or campaign. From October 2013 to June 2015 (1 year 9 months) Project Manager (contract) @ I facilitated a PR initiative and student enrichment programme called Newsdesk, within which Sussex Downs College students that displayed aptitude for writing acted as a live news team to produce regular content for the local newspaper. My role was to manage the project, provide editorial support and tutoring to students, as well as ensure the stories, accompanying images and headlines were of a professional standard. This project was funded by the college marketing team as a PR vehicle, so it was my responsibility to ensure the content was of a high quality and promoted the college effectively within the local community. From December 2012 to November 2013 (1 year) Production Coordinator @ As part of the production team at this audio branding & marketing agency, I ensured new projects ran smoothly and were being delivered to correct timescale and scope. I also played a lead role in writing copy for clients, finding the right voice for their brand and taking part in music profiling. This included managing studio diaries, scheduling & directing voice over sessions and proofreading & copywriting content for a variety of clients. I was responsible for quality assurance and coordination of projects at the point of delivery and a main point of contact for a variety of high profile clients during critical points of project development. From November 2009 to August 2012 (2 years 10 months) London, United KingdomProgramme Coordinator @ I was deputy to the station manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our studios, offices and training courses. I managed a team of 40+ staff ensuring all programming was of a professional broadcast standard, as well as running our media courses, for which I was internal verifier for. These included Introduction to Radio Presenting, DJ Skills and Music Production. I also proposed media contra-deals and partnerships with local organisations in order to guarantee maximum listenership and coverage across the West London community. Additionally, I recruited and trained new volunteers in presenting, production and scheduling, while ensuring projects were delivered within requested time limits, as most of the stations funding came from grants given to deliver projects for diverse, young local communities. I also helped event managers with the collating of media clippings in order to send them to clients. I played an important part in supporting all PR /Event Managers and Execs in their roles and dealt with all internal and external correspondence, word processing letters, memos, agendas, presentations and reports, answering the telephone and maintaining filing systems and updating databases From September 2007 to January 2008 (5 months) Communications Officer (05/06) and Entertainments Officer (06/07) at UCA @ As an elected member of the Student Union executive committee I acted as a bridge between the students of my university and student union staff in order to communicate the needs and wishes of the student body. I also played a significant role is the hosting and organising of events, trips and nights for students.
