Robert was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s Fleet & Equipment Division, which includes product development, production and fleet management. The Fleet & Equipment Division manages more than $12 billion in manufacturing assets domestically and globally. In his role at NMMA, Robert was responsible for the development, approval and implementation of marine industry standards.Robert has a degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and a decade of experience as a Senior Vice President at nonprofit organizations. He has held several position at NMMA, most recently as the Vice President of Standards and Integrity. He has led the development of NMMA’s Standards and Integrity Program and was a driving force behind the push to develop internationally-competitive standards in the marine industry. In his role at NMMA, Robert was a key player in the NMMA’s association executive industry organization management program. He has also authored and edited a number of books on nonprofit organization management.
