Director of Engineering @ • Lead strategy to implement Service Oriented Architecture and Scrum based software development resulting in applications that reduced new membership enrollment times by 67%, moved 42,000 member service requests to self service options in the first year, and online payments that took in $23M in payments that previously would have been manually processed.
• Reorganized Technology and Remote Delivery departments enabling the teams to more effectively focus on the skills and solutions needed to delivery on mobile and online solutions rather than just host system and back office solutions.

• Partnered with other members of the leadership team as well as strategic partners to re-imagine a traditional credit union branch and Member resource centers resulting in a branch that had increase efficiency numbers and a better sales focus that has already had better year over year numbers every month since it opened in October.
• Worked with a number of Senior Team members and a Rivermark Project manager to define, implement, and refine a Project Portfolio Management program to fit Rivermark and its culture bringing to light the resource challenges and allocation choices being made and allowing the organization to be more focused and apply its resources where they would bring the most strategic value. • Successfully managed the SAP re-implementation project moving Serena from an SAP R/3 4.5B implementation to an SAP ECC 5.0 implementation in only 7 months. The modules currently being used are SD, FI, MM, and HR.
• Reorganized the WW Applications Team adopting an extended staffing model becoming more flexible and responsive to the businesses' needs while maintaining cost and head count.
• Prepared the team budget. Tracked expenses throughout the fiscal year in order to stay within the budget. Recommended capital expenditures and oversaw the implementation of capital plan projects.
