In his 25 years of experience to date, Mr. Buchsbaum has guided the repositioning of over $8 billion in commercial real estate in this capacity. He also evaluated major projects for market and financial feasibility, need for municipal services and required municipal outlays. In addition, he validated over $200 million of incentives necessary to facilitate local development projects in New Jersey.
Currently he is directing RE dispositions for a multinational mining concern (info. below).
Mr. Buchsbaum has directed financial and market review for North American Realty Advisory Services. His $3.5 billion in projects for North American concerned the optimal adaptive-reuse of corporate and public sector land and building assets, derived by analyzing development opportunities, formulating financial models, structuring transactions and evaluating their risk/reward potential. For clients, he generated hundreds of millions in proceeds from dispositions, and realized tens of millions of dollars in environmental remediation savings, from over two hundred "Brownfield" sites located throughout North America.
Prior to joining North American Realty, Mr. Buchsbaum managed 2.5 million square feet of commercial property, administered 1 million square feet in construction projects and marketed commercial and multi-family properties. Throughout his real estate career, he has worked with a wide range of clients, including individuals, non-profit organizations, government, financial institutions and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Mr. Buchsbaum is proficient in project management software (MS Project and Primavera) and real estate financial Software (Argus, Excel). He has lectured on real estate topics at New York University and is a certified real estate manager through BOMA.

1,200 acres + 200 million tons of quality limestone reserves (aggregate rock) in the Suburban Washington DC area;
250 acres of land located suitable for heavy industrial development in proximity to Interstate 77 in the Canton/Akron OH region;
3,000 acres in the Youngstown OH / New Castle PA area, suitable for heavy industrial uses as well as containing 37 million tons of quality limestone reserves (aggregate rock) along with 200,000+ tons of coal;
150 acres in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, located near density development and suitable for residential or commercial uses;
15 acres in suburban Indianapolis Indiana, located near other industrial uses and suitable for commercial or industrial development.
