Born in the Philippines in 1984, Robert Aitken resided in the United States for most of his childhood. After completing high school, he worked his way up through the ranks at a number of companies before founding Charlie Mike Military Consulting in March of 2013. This company provides three-dimensional graphic arts and animation services to private companies around the country.In February of 2018, Aitken founded 88M Logistics, which is a logistics services company that specializes in moving large amounts of materials and equipment across state lines. The company is currently in its initial stages, but has had success procuring large contracts from a variety of clients.For the first few months of 2019, Aitken was appointed Vice President Sales at Intelligent Staffing, a company that specializes in finding and helping to employ military spouses.Aitken is also the founder and director of recruitment for the Vermont Army National Guard. He was originally brought on board to the team to help fill the gaps in the military recruitment process. Over the next year, Aitken became more involved with the team, and eventually left in April of 2019 to become the Cadet at the Army ROTC.Aitken is currently a technical recruiter at SpinSys, where he is responsible for finding and hireable tech engineers.
