From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Finance Director - Property @ I lead the Property - Finance function for Network Rail, I was a member of the Property Executive and I was also a board Director for our serviced office joint venture & West Hampstead development joint venture. In addition, I had strategic involvement with our Doddle & Solum JVs.
I had 23 staff delivering financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management accounting, FP&A, commercial & investment modelling, risk management, business partnering, project accounting, IT systems strategy & support for Network Rail Property.
Network Rail Property has one of the largest & most diverse property portfolios in the UK. With prime station retail (19 managed stations), SME lettings(5,000+ rental spaces), a strong development pipeline, property sales, commercial easements & wayleaves, property services, town planning & Network Rail office/workplace management.
