Ritesh Gupta's education & experience:Graduated with B.Tech in Pharmacy from IIT Bombay in 2002.Ritesh Gupta's Experience:Ritesh Gupta has been in the pharma industry for over 10 years, firstly working as a pharma API professional at USFDA (USFDA) from 2006 to 2009. During this time, he developed and delivered cutting-edge GMP and Sop Validation technology and Validated Pharmaceutical products in a range of industries including the Pharmaceuticals. He also managed a team of API professionals and supervised simultaneous product development and processes in a fast-paced, rapidly growing Pharma company. Ritesh Gupta has also Passed GMP and SOP exams with flying colours and during this time, he also trained under Veteran Engineers and delivered various standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). thereafter, he was roster to work as a Planning Manager at CycleCure (Planning & Capacity Development and Dow Corning's API Partner) from June 2010 to September 2013. There, he developed and led a team of API professionals to produce an estimated 2.5 million products over a period of 3 years, resulting in a throughput of over 500,000 products and 9,000 units of cocaine produced. He also learnt about yield and capacity development from this role and it is during this time that he started developing his skills in Capacity Planning, Process Simulation and Cleaning Validation. He then went on to work as a Director at Ipca Laboratories Limited from May 2017 to June 2018. Here, he managed and led a team of API professionals in aspects such as new product development, process improvement, market research and product launches. He also developed and led a team of Pipeline and Technology Transfer experts to achieveIncreased Capacity and In-house Manufacturing of Singaporin, Nitrilase and other Drugs.He then left Ipca Laboratories Limited and joined SPC Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd as a Manager - Production & Operations from June 2018 to September 2019.Ritesh Gupta has also undertaken over 8 years of team management experience at Ipca Laboratories Limited and has experience in Six Sigma, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Project Management, Master Planning, Capacity Planning, Cleaning Validation, Process Simulation and Holy Grail of Pharmaceuticals Technology - Tech Transfer. He has also learnt about FDA Compliance, Cleaning Validation, HAZOP, & Cleaning Technology from within the company.

Ritesh Gupta has a masters in industrial chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Bachelors in industrial chemistry from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Gupta also has a degree in science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Bangalore. Gupta has a professional experience in pharmaceuticals and chemical industry. Gupta has worked in various capacities at Lucknow-based company, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, before joiningJP Pharmaceuticals Limited in January this year. He has been atleman and managing director at the company since 1 January this year.
