My latest achievement is the Android App that I created and posted on Google Play Store.
It has been downloaded over 1.2 Million times in less than 14 months without having spent a dime on marketing. I undertook all the tasks, from the development to launch and then ASO. The app supports 8 different languages and have garnered rave reviews from its users.
Recently I have been attending a lot of tech and online-biz related meetups where I share about my experience on how to drive an apps downloads by taking a few measures in design and publishing of the app in the Google Play Store.
Web Application Developer @ Designed and developed the backend as well as front-end system for a Japanese Social News service. Developed an in-house MVC framework for nodeJS for an API system and lead the team of 3 to develop APIs using that framework which lead to greatly reduced response times and server load From January 2011 to July 2013 (2 years 7 months) Japanese Language Trainee @ Studied Japanese Language from Native Japanese Teachers.
Became proficient in daily conversational Japanese and beginner level office related conversations.
This was a prerequisite of Rakuten for working in Japan Office.
I was also instrumental in providing technical support in the Japanese play in the Graduation Festival (卒業会) arranged by the trainees for the Japanese and Indian staff in the company. From July 2010 to December 2010 (6 months) Pune Area, IndiaHostel Secretary @ Elected Secretary of the hostel with more than 400 residents. From April 2009 to March 2010 (1 year) Project Trainee @ Worked as a Project Trainee in Cabin Design Testing Department.
Worked on a patentable concept of a new mechanism of Window Lifting in a vehicle. From May 2009 to July 2009 (3 months) Mess Secretary @ Initiated the concept of the most successful feedback mechanism in mess, including appointing reps of all regional based minorities and groups. Bringing enthusiasm amongst residents to contribute feedback in the working of the mess innovations. Conducted a Mess cum Cultural Fest in the hostel which saw participation of over 100 residents including M. Tech students in 10 games and activities. From April 2008 to April 2009 (1 year 1 month)
