💼 Past Experience

Ridouan ABAGRI has been working in higher education since 2006 when he was appointed Director-General of the French School of Management. In this position, he led the development and expansion of the school's Faculties of Management and Accounting, Business Administration, Environmental Affairs, Accounting and Auditoriance, and Human Resources.He has also been active in the french business world for the past two years, working as a Senior Business Development Consultant at Haagen Dazs and at McDonald's Corporation where he was responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies for the french commercial kitchen.Between 2004 and 2008, he was also an associé at Collège de Paris, where he was responsible for the Development of the Alma mater's Management program and also played a significant role in the expansion of the School's faculties.From October 2004 to May 2008, he was also the Directeur de l'innovation at Collège de Paris, leading the establishment of the new program in Corporate Innovation. He also served as the Co-Fondateur and the Directeur General at Digital College, subsequently becoming the Senior Business Development Consultant.In the year 2010, Ridouan ABAGRI founded and became the CEO of Silecs, a company specialized in the design, development, and marketing of innovative technology. He has also been involved in several other ventures over the years, including the founding of the Association for Innovative Higher Education (AIEH), which is dedicated to promoting and coordinating innovative Higher Education in France.
