Rick Hughes Education:Rick Hughes attended University of Leeds where he studied Electrical Engineering. This gave him the basics of electrical engineering, as well as the ability to design and build electrical circuits. Hughes went on to study at the University of Southampton where he obtained his doctorate in Electrical Engineering. This gave him the skills and knowledge needed to design and build electrical circuits in a shorter amount of time.

Prior to Gravitas, Rick worked at Corecom Consulting, where he was the founder anddirector of the BOSS event series. He oversaw the recruitment of over 100 staff members and led the company to winning awards. Rick has also taught various management and human resource courses across the UK.
