I have a measure twice cut once approach to running my company and I am determined to give my staff the best working environment possible. I am very 'systems and processes' orientated and believe there is a lot to be said for cutting out the fat in any process, whether it be reducing how far staff have to walk from one process to another or investing in equipment to speed a process up. In doing this, we can drive down the cost of refurbishing brake calipers while having more time on our hands to double check the work before it moves onto the next process and eventually back onto the customer.
