Richard Campbell has aBackground in IT from his undergraduate years at the University of Technology Sydney. Richard Campbell has had a wide range of experience in the field of information technology, including five years as the Director, Global Technology Support Services at Research Now SSI, where he managed customer support and research projects. Furthermore, he has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, including five years as the Sr. Project Manager at PepsiCo. He has a strong understanding of Enterprise Applications, and is currently a Director, Service Desk/NOC at NCR Corporation. Under his direction, the Service Desk/NOC at NCR Corporation has successfully completed hundreds of projects, strengthening the company’s technical infrastructure while providing better customer support. In addition, he has a strong understanding of the Industry of Information Technology and Services, and has been involved in several startups within this sector. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new places and getting new knowledge.
