Drove TO from €34.7M in 2008 to €113M in 2010. Improved bottom line performance by €35M from 2007 to 2010. In 2009/10 led the acquisition and integration of Gandi Innovations Inc, a Canadian inkjet company, for $41M from CCAA. Set up analytical testing service as an external service to generate additional income. Initiated aggressive patent defense strategy, generating significant IP income in 2009/10. From April 2007 to February 2008 (11 months) Vice President Global Marketing & Product Development @ Responsible for the marketing and product development of Agfa Graphics Pre-Press business (TO €1.7 Bn) including the R&D of software (150 FTE in 5 sites). Established annual marketing plans and introduced product roadmap planning across the different product segments. Consolidated SW development in 3 sites and made the Apogee pre-press SW product profitable. Closed the sub scale Agfa Computer to Plate factory in Wilmington Mass and outsourced production to Japan. Introduced application specific plate development to replace technology track development. From April 2005 to April 2007 (2 years 1 month) Vice President Commercial Printing @ Managed the global Agfa Graphics commercial printing business during the transition to a new organizational structure. From September 2004 to March 2005 (7 months) General Manager Graphic Systems Europe @ Responsible for the management of Agfa’s European Graphics business and central specialist marketing and sales team. Led the European sales effort at the quadrennial DRUPA trade fair achieving sales of €35.7Million From March 2003 to September 2004 (1 year 7 months) Strategic Project Manager @ Joined an internal consulting team, initially mentored by McKinsey Group, to reorganize Agfa Graphics subsidiaries.
