Rich Gaski has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut, where he also earned a Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management degree in September 2022. He spent two years working as a financial advisor withelling and real estate company before getting his M.B.A. from Boston College in 2018.Since his time as a financial advisor, Gaski has also been working with startup companies as both an advisor and manager. He has been with Code for America as an advisor since January 2019 and as manager since September 2020. In that role, he advised and manages a first generation college student software product development team. Gaski has 9 months of experience with the product and has been working on it full time since its inception.
