Rhett got his start at AT&T, a Fortune 50 company. Rhett quickly surpassed expectations and within six years he was a Client Business Manager consulting Arizona-based Fortune 500 companies while leading in sales results and customer service. Rhett left AT&T to get into banking, investments, and real estate, gaining the valuable experience and knowledge he would need to take the next step in his career and run his own organization.
For the next 6 years Rhett built Entrust Bankcard along with his partner and CEO, Nathan Reis, taking it from 2 people in his kitchen to over 150 employees and over $12M in annual revenue.
