Renato Fontalva has more than fifteen years of lead sales and marketing experience, eleven of which have been in the field of finished lubricants. Boasting a degree in International Business from Investimac University in Brazil, he has been working in the lubricants industry for over fifteen years. Fontalva first entered the field as a sales representative for a Brazilian oil company. He then became the regional sales manager for Mobil Oil in the U.S.A. From here, he moved on to the company’s OEM partnerships, where he worked for a period of time as the company’s financial operations control officer. Fontalva next joined ExxonMobil as its sales manager for Latin America. Here he was responsible for selling and marketing the company’s products to new and existing customers. Fontalva also conducted sales and marketing analysis for the company and managed its marketing efforts. He later became the team leader for ExxonMobil’s Latin American division, responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the region. Fontalva alsoserved as the company’s senior salesman for Latin America. In this position, he was in charge of all sales and marketing activities in the region, as well as conducting sales and marketing analysis for the company.
