I am an experienced developer with a love of learning and also the sharing of that knowledge with others. I have a strong interest in education and look to constantly improve my own skills. Previously I had a specialism in e-learning, but this has now broadened to more general software development. I have managed many web based projects from the initial stages of design and development, through to implementation and testing. I have always satisfied key stakeholders and been aware of the quality of the user experience. I have spent the past few months expanding my technical skill set to include Microsoft technologies; including Visual Studio, SQL Server and MVC C#. Was responsible for driving new project development and the evaluation of technologies for company needs. Introduced the use of PHP CodeIgniter framework to enhance software security and team productivity. Knowledge transfer to digital staff, direction of a junior developer.
