In 2003, I was hired by Infosys to work in the organization's Customer & Service Department. I was responsible for developing and delivering Infosys' customer services strategy andIOR (integrated orange repository) 24/7 access to customer data. I also developed Infosys' global e-commerce website and ignited the company's online presence.In 2007, I was hired by Nestlé to work in the organization's e-commerce and digital innovation departments. I was responsible for developing and delivering Nestlé's e-commerce strategy, global e-commerce site design, and digital presence optimization.In 2014, I was hired by Etihad Airways to work in the organization's Global Loyalty Solutions CTO position.
