💼 Past Experience

Ray Lea has been with the River Hills School District for over 10 years. During that time, he has held a variety of positions, most notably being the Technology Implementation Director at Rex Academy. From there, he moved on to be Sales Executive at Claims Administrative Services, Inc. where he held the position of exclusively Sales.In his time with River Hills, Ray Lea has been a part of several departments, including the Technology Implementation Director, Sales Executive, and the Board of Directors. In his role, he has had a chance to work with a variety of clients, both big and small. Overall, he’s been very impressed with the River Hills School District administration, their staff, and their players. He’s close friends with a few of the players, but he’s really proud of the administration’s accomplishments and the great work ethic the staff has.Overall, Ray Lea is really pleased with his experience in the education industry. He feels that education is a lifetime opportunity and that the education system should be given the best resources possible. He believes that instruction and training should be tailored to the needs of the pupil, rather than being cookie-cutter. He also emphasizes that education is absolutely essential for the future of our country, and that we should invest in it at all levels.

Ray Lea's education background is in education. He got his Ed.D. degree from the University of North Texas in September 1975. overall, Ray Lea has spend over forty-six years in the educator field. Ray has taught in high school, college, and post-secondary education, and in some cases, he has been the head or Assistant Headteacher.In his earlier career, Ray Lea worked as a Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1969-1976. Here, he did research on the development of instruction sys-tems in high school boys and girls. In addition, he also did research in the area of instruction assistant management at the Illinois State University from 1976-1979.Since his professional career began, Ray Lea has developed a number of innovative and effective teaching methods. His most popular methods are called “Classroom investigation” and “Dialogue Instruction.” This is where he uses the process of classroom discussion to help his students learn more about the subject at hand. Another of his methods is called “Problem-based Instruction,” where he uses problems as the vehicle for teaching his students.Interestingly enough, when it comes to his work readiness, Ray Lea has found that it is important for his students to have both hands-on and in-depth knowledge of the subject they are attending to.meaning, he believes that instruction and work should be integrated and that students should be able to share their knowledge in a practical and effective manner.

Ray Lea has many years of experience in the field of education, working as a superintendent and now as a computer scientist. He is also familiar with the administrative side of the education industry, having worked as a claims administrator and now as a computer scientist. His work experience with education administrations, as well as his experience in the field of sales, make him a strong and reliable resource for those working in the education industry.
