With her experience in the industry, she understands that tight budgets and changing industry trends can lead to difficult financial planning decisions.Born and raised in Isreal, Alissa completed her high school education at the age of 18, and then moved to the United States to attend college. After a few years of college research, Alissa decided on her desired career path and graduated with a B.S. in finance from University of California, Berkeley. After completing her undergraduate degree, Alissa moved to the Bay Area to get her MBA from Stanford University.During her time in graduate school, Alissa worked as an analyst for a multinational financial organization. Though she enjoyed her experience, she realized that she wanted to pursue a career in marketing. She moved back to Isreal, and worked as a sales representative for a local bank. She was fascinated by the idea of marketing her country’s product to a global audience.In 2007, Alissa returned to the Bay Area and applied to work in a financial consulting company. After being interviewed and offering her experience, she was offered the job. She spent the next three years working as a senior financial analyst for the company. In her time at the company, she developed her skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and marketing.In January 2016, Alissa was hired as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at a healthcare company. She is excited to be working with a company that is home to several healthcare products and services.Alissa finds it difficult to focus on one project for very long. She is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to improve her skills. She is especially grateful for her experiences at the healthcare company and in the marketing finance. Alissa believes that her experiences have prepared her for a career in marketing.

She has been working as a business consultant and manageress since 2009. During her time as a business consultant, Rania was noted for her attention to detail, her ability to provide valuable insights and carbons on strategy and growth, and her overall understanding of business.
