I am a name partner in a catastrophic personal injury litigation practice in South Carolina. The serious personal injury cases I am involved in on a daily basis include persons who have suffered brain injury, permanent physical injury and death. He was elected president of the South Carolina Association of Justice in 2011. He has been named to South Carolina Super Lawyers on more than one occasion and is currently a member of the Amercian Association for Justice, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Melvin Belli Society. He holds a certification in specialty by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys (medical negligence). He is licensed to practice in South Carolina and has been admitted in other states on a pro hac vice basis.
