💼 Past Experience

Randal Halloran has over 10 years of experience in the meat industry. He began his career at Porky Products, Inc. as the Meat Specialist. He then moved to Whole Foods Market where he worked as the Director of Natural and Organic Meats. From there, he moved to Sky Pasture Farms and then to Marcus Technologies LLC. He then worked as the Meat Business Development at Minotaur Industries, Inc. and from March 2017 to June 2018 he was the Chief Operating Officer at Tendergrass Farms, Inc. He also held the position of Meat Buyer II at Ahold Nederland from March 2015 to April 2016. He was then promoted to Assistant Global Meat Buyer at Whole Foods Market from January 2011 to May 2012. He also worked as the Meat Supervisor at Whole Foods Market from July 2007 to August 2008. From there, he moved to Porky Products, Inc. where he served as the Chief Meat Innovator. He also has experience in the meat industry as the Director Specialty Proteins.

I am a singer/songwriter and performer. I have also been working as a bartender since early 2019. After I got a job and regained my financial stability, I decided to take abetter look at my education and knew that I wanted to pursue a career in music. I decided to take a certificate of completion in culinary arts/chef training from Cooking Academy of Chicago.I have always had a strong interest in cooking and started cooking at a young age. I loved the process of cooking and being able to create and experimented with different flavors in different dishes. I found that I really enjoyed the challenge of learning new concepts and skills in the kitchen.I am really excited to pursue a career in music and cook my way to becoming a master cook!

💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

Being a meat specialist, RandalHalloran was responsible for the development and implementation of a global sausage production line for porky products, Inc. Randal also led the development of a new, innovative sheep and beef production line, which produced superior and healthier eating animals. In another alias, Randal led the development of a new, vegan andhumane Imperial Valley factory farmed chicken production line. Finally, Randal was the meat buyer and supervisor of the product line at Whole Foods Market from June 2008 to August 2008.Outside of his work, Randal Halloran enjoys playing the violin and spending time with his wife and two children.
