Ram Ji Tiwari has a BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from SRM University. In January 2006, he moved to India and started his professional journey as a summer graduate internship at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Then, he completed his undergraduate course in January 2009 and started his professional journey as a professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Currently, he is a professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is working on his research project in terms of graphene-based nanoparticles in MRI technology.

Ram Ji Tiwari has over 15 years of experience as an In-house Expert (IHE) Chemistry teacher. In this time, he has worked as a Science teacher and Chemistry teacher in a multi-campus school, then as a lecturer at an Industrial school, before coming to Doubtnut in 2020. In this position, Ram Ji Tiwari teaches Mda chemistry with Vitamins and Minerals, Benzophenone derivatives, Phytonutrients, and Organic Chemistry. Ram Ji Tiwari has also taught Organic Chemistry at Sri Chaitanya Educational Institution, Chandigarh and at Aakash Educational Services Limited.
