1. What brought you to work in the corporate world?I am originally from India, and I have been living in the United States for about 10 years. I worked in technology before coming to the U.S. I worked in customer service and technology before that. I started working in customer service at a software company, and then I went to work at a staffing company. After that, I worked in technology at a staffing company. Then I went to work at Microsoft as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.2. How did you become interested in corporate recruiting?I became interested in corporate recruiting because I was interested in the opportunities that corporate recruiting gave me. I was able to apply what I knew about customer service and technology to my work at Microsoft. I was also able to develop my skills as a recruiter.3. What have you found to be the most challenging part of the corporate recruiting process?The most challenging part of the corporate recruitment process has been the application process. It has been difficult to find the right people for corporate jobs, and it has been difficult to find the right candidate for a job that I wanted.
