💼 Past Experience

I worked as a process engineer for Procter & Gamble in the company's Technical Affairs Department. My work focused on661 projects within the company, primarily within the areas of product testing, complaints, and product quality. In addition, I also worked on a number of projects for the company's external contractors. I was responsible for working on systems that monitor product quality, complaints, and customer support. Additionally, I was responsible for assessment and recommendation of efficiency improvements for Procter & Gamble products. I was also involved in the development of the company's in-house tooling for product testing and visibility inspection. I am currently a student at the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania - where I am agraduate of the Engineering Leadership Development and Entrepreneurship program.

RT Custer's educational background and current work readiness are based on her Bachelors of Science, Industrial Engineering, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Process Innovation and Safety. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she graduated with a 3.29 GPA in 2009. After college, RT Custer worked as a software engineer at Local Motorsports in Mansfield, Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2017. Here, she developed software that helps races and tournaments organizers plan and manage events. RT Custer has worked in the engineering field for over 10 years and is confident in her skills and her ability to work with teambuilding and safety games.

💡 Technical & Interpersonal Skills

I was a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble during my 4 months at the company. My job was to improve the efficiency and quality of our product ranges. I worked on improving manufacturing processes and developing new ways to produce our products. I was involved in a wide range of projects, from developing new Solutions Segregation Devices and improving the efficiency of our packaging production line to helping to streamline the labeling process. I was also able to work on a project that aimed to improve theTimeout management system for our children’s laundry detergent products.
