Roman Kikta's education has focused on economics and business. Kikta graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999 with a degree in economics. While at MIT, Kikta studied executive education programs, and then did a successful postgraduate business program at New York University. Kikta has since taken up a position as an economist at the World Bank.Kikta is currently studying at Harvard Business School, where he is taking an Executive Education Program. This program will give him the opportunity to learn about business from top business leaders. Kikta has stated that his goal is to be a successful business leader and help others do the same.
