💼 Past Experience

I am a recent graduate of the University of Southern California. I received a degree in Computer Science in 2014. After two years of undergraduate study, I worked in the software development field for two years at Okta, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter. At Okta, I was responsible for sourcing, building pipeline, interviewing, extending, and negotiating offers for the Infrastructure, Services, TechOps, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Test teams in AMERICA and APAC. I was especially proud of the team Ipherted through a process that resulted in the company being listed on Forbes' "World's Most Admired Companies" list in March 18, 2013. My work there also included achieving newStudent Start Rate and re-admissions plans.

- Master of Fine Arts in Fine Art from the University of Utah in - in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Film Design, and Illustration from Art school of San Francisco. RJ is currently enrolled in a Master's degreeprogram in Illustration and Visual Communication in Texas A&M University. RJ has been working in the industry since he was a teenager and has had numerous project opportunities. In his spare time, RJ enjoys going running, playing video games, and spending time with his wife and two children.
