C & I summer intern @ Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited From June 2012 to July 2012 (2 months) Noida Area, IndiaRF Development Engineer @ Resonant Inc. o Developed novel RF (Radio Frequency) filters for high-volume production.o Worked and tested various LTE bands of filters.o Performed S-parameter measurements (S21, S11, S22) and temperature measurements using VNA.o Characterized and created calibration-states for the new evaluation boards.o Performed RF-Power measurements, Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), High-temperature operating life testing (HTOL), Reliability testing, and data analysis.o Performed RF-Tx and Rx measurements such as Aging Test, Max power (P1dB and Ramp to Failure), ACLR, NF, IP3, Input/output Return Loss, power consumption and Rx sensitivity using call box.o Set up various new test benches in the lab to increase the lab's productivity for power test and temperature test for 5G filter testing.o Trained new hires and technicians on performing measurements, creating calibration states, and port extension approach. o Designed LabView programs and required documentation to support test systems.o Modified existing LabView data acquisition software’s.o Probed wafers manually using the wafer probing machine to check the performance of Filters and Resonators.o Planned and arranged the schedules and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.o Provided timely response to technical inquiries.o Coordinated with teams across the organization and producing RF engineering reports to support team members.
