Pooja Singhasiya was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Her father is an Indian Mechanical Engineer and her mother is a Bankruptcy lawyer. She has two siblings. She completed her schooling from Thatcha Academy, a village school in Tiruppur, Andhra Pradesh in 1992. She then studied at Sastry Girls’ High School, Tirupur, and T.N. Murali Academy, Tirupur. She pursued her college studies at the Tamil Nadu State School of Technology, Tollicherry, and then graduated with a degree in engineering in 1995.Singhasiya then started her career as an engineer at Meyers Kolkata Consultants in 1995. She then worked as a trial engineer for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in India from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as a research engineer at the company Shimadzu. From 2000 to 2002 she worked as a senior engineer at the company Fuji Heavy Industry. From 2002 to 2004 she worked as a project manager at the company Kawasaki Heavy Industries. From 2004 to 2007 she worked as a senior engineer at the company Yamaha. In 2007, she joined the company Vmake visas Pvt. Ltd. as a business development advisor. From March 2014 to April 2015, she worked as aimmigration expert at Vmake visas pvt.ltd. From April to May 2015, she worked as a subsidiary manager of Sbe visa & Institute Pvt. Ltd. From May to May 2016, she worked as a senior engineer at the company Abroad Pathway Immigration Consultant. From May to May 2017, she worked as a business development advisor at the company Vulcan Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
