Searle has also been a regular Consultant with Computer People Limited, where he worked from 1988-1996.Stocking and staffing:After leaving Airswift in October 2009, Searle headed up the human resources department at Computer People Limited. From there, he moved to Adecco Group UK & Ireland as Group Managing Director from October 2009 to September 2015. During his time at Adecco, Searle played a crucial role in the acquisition of Spring Group in June 2006, which became the largest private company in the United Kingdom.Computer People Limited:In January 1996, Searle joined Computer People Limited as the European and Asia Chief Executive. He held this position until January 2001. There, he led the company’s operations in the European Union and Asia, responsible for all human resources decisions within both regions. Additionally, he led the company’s marketing and communication functions. In January 2001, he left Computer People Limited to take up the task of CEO of Airswift.Airswift:After leaving Airswift in October 2009, Searle became the CEO of Airswift. His responsibilities included strategic decision-making and oversight of the company. As CEO, Searle led Airswift through a period of growth andsuccess. He also played a major role in the acquisitions of Spring Group in June 2006 and Computer People Limited in January 1996.
