💼 Past Experience

I am a Past President of the American Psychological Association and a Member of the editorial board of the journal Psychological Science.I have been a professor at Brigham and Women’s Hospital since 1988. prior to that, I served as an associate professor at Dartmouth College from 1975 to 1988.I am a workforce psychiatrist and have spent over 25 years working in the sector ofHandler Psychiatry. I am currently employed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Industry of Higher Education, where I am responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs for our company. I am also a member of the Trustees for Save the Children US, where I manage the activities of the organization’s workforce development program.I have also been involved in various HR roles atKKR from 1997 to 2007, where I was responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for the companys customers. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors for Welsh Cup plc., which is a publicly traded company that makes bold new products in sales and marketing, and I also contribute to their overall strategy.
