Rolled out scalable infrastructure and curricula that has reached thousands of internal employees and partners worldwide. Developed and launched comprehensive elearning product sales training portfolio that culminated in new Red Hat designation of Red Hat Certified Salesperson (RHCS). More than 400 people have earned the RHCS designation. The eLearning won Brandon Hall award in 2006.
Created and launched Red Hat Sales Boot Camp which has now trained more than 300 new salespeople and is a cornerstone of the sales onboarding process.
