Business Development Manager - Vendor Neutral Solutions / RPO / MSP / VMS / ATS / Hybrid @ I work with Companies that have non permanent labour spends of between £1.5M and £100M to design solutions that best manage this spend area. I work to address compliance issues, provide visibility of spend, accurate MI and ensure that the solution being delivered is the best possible. The key driver I operate to is value for money, whilst ensuring that each solution delivers the correct outcomes.
The main premise of what we do is use a Tech Solution (VMS) to manage supply chains, invoicing, create MI and audit compliance. The savings that we generate both direct and indirect are from the efficiencies created, the majority of what I do is develop solutions to meet client requirements, a high touch consultative sale.
Reporting directly to the Group MD, I have been tasked to not only work within existing markets to generate new clients and expand existing business but also to set up a new offering into the professional contractor market to enable future business growth. This is a very exciting opportunity to develop a product from scratch around clients needs and challenges.
I am used to working with large multi-site, multi-national companies, with the aim of delivering simple solutions to complex problems, using a combination of what the client wants and my experience around what they need. I enjoy being constantly challenged as it creates great learning opportunities.
One of the projects I am currently looking into is how a Vendor Neutral Model could be used as a stepping stone to internal recruitment management of Temporary Labour and Contractors, if you have any thoughts on this, I'd be keen to hear them.
