I have 15 years’ HR experience, gained in sales, manufacturing and distribution industries, within large ASX listed and multinational organisations. My B2B roles have seen me partner with managers and businesses to develop, execute and support the HR strategy through various engagement and change programs. During this time I have focused on attracting the best talent in the market, through the strategic sourcing of sales, operations, technical and executive management roles.
To complement that, I have spent 4 years’ working as an HR generalist advising and coaching management to build their capability in all things HR. Being apart of management lead teams, I have developed people plans that underpin business growth plans. My current role as Resourcing Lead within Arrium Steel allows me to proactively identify and attract talent to drive our business agenda and deliver exceptional business results.

During my career, I have always been hired based on my experience, my tenacity and my passion for making a difference. It was important to me to round out my skills by completing further education, so for the past eight years, I have been combining study with full time work. I will complete my Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in Management and HR this December.
