My purpose in life is to create an indelible impact in the world, starting from the organisations I work with. I focus on business and partnership development through innovation and creativity.
Throughout my career I have developed, implemented and managed several initiatives, impacting organisations and youths across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Some of these projects include:
- Coordinated AIESEC's expansion to Rwanda
- Co-Founded a social enterprise in Singapore, called Make The Change.
- Selected as a Young Social Entrepreneur by the Singapore International Foundation
Through the events I organise and my active social media presence, I bring people together to create impact. I currently have 2,778 Facebook friends, 2,491 LinkedIn connections, 256 Twitter followers, 465 Instagram followers, 700 Google+ connections.

I am a global citizen, having lived and worked in USA, Mexico, Belgium, Germany, India and Singapore.
In addition, I am a dynamic public speaker, having been invited to share my opinions and insights at several leadership development conferences in Belgium, Brazil, Serbia, Germany, Portugal, France, Spain, Mexico and Singapore.
Co-Founder and Change Agent @ Through education and mentorship, Make The Change (MTC) engages the creative community to volunteer their time and expertise in social projects and help social enterprises and NGOs achieve their social missions.

We support low income students to be creative by empowering them with marketing, advertising and design skills, that will bring benefits to their community

We organised workshops that connect corporate employees with a group of society that is facing problems (youth at risk, elderly, etc.) and together we bring solutions to the problem
MTC workshops
We organised workshops to empower NGOs leaders and Social Entrepreneurs with creative skills From November 2012 to Present (3 years 2 months) SingaporeRegional Marketing Manager @ I created the MAD Global program that is the only program in South East Asia that empowers students to learn outside the classroom by attending advertising festivals, workshops and job placements. I had lead groups of students to events in Thailand, South Korea and Singapore
I achieved and managed partnerships with top organizations in the creative industry, leadership development and social innovation like:
Adstars Festival in Korea (Obtain exclusive rights to represent the festival in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam), Adfest Festival in Thailand, Spikes Festival in Singapore, 4As marketing organization, AIESEC, The HUB and Empact.
I created and developed new projects that helped diversify income in the organisation like:
creative courses for the youth, summer courses for local and international students, creative workshops for non creative people, room rental project.
I lead and managed the "Make The Change" program, a social responsibility initiative that connects students, creative people and social enterprises. The program helps social enterprises in their marketing, advertising and design projects. Some of the organizations involved in the program are: Singapore Community Health Assessment Team, Our Better World, Asian Philanthropic Venture Network, Voluntaris, Every Day Revolution. From February 2012 to Present (3 years 11 months) SingaporeOnline Education for Sustainability Coordinator @ AASN is a not-for-profit association, a networking platform which brings together AIESEC Alumni now Sustainability professionals or enthusiasts – with the mission to infuse global leadership in the Sustainability space and make visible our contribution.
I was responsible for the online education for sustainability, I was one of the 3 co-founders.
Performance/Achievements:
- Over 600 Alumni Sustainability Professionals present on our social media platforms
- A dozen physical networking events took place in India, Germany, Senegal, USA
- Initiated the 2-year Global AIESEC Sustainability Impact prize, one of the largest competition in the world rewarding student-led sustainability projects inviting entries from 1100 universities (AIESEC chapters). 1500 euros + trophies + award ceremony + global recognition within the AIESEC network every year for the top 2 projects. 1st place winners were AIESEC chapters in India and China From February 2010 to July 2012 (2 years 6 months) Chief Manager Training and Communications @ I designed the marketing strategy for the company combining digital (Web 2.0) and physical marketing like implementing social media tools to increase our exposure. I achieved 500+ followers on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) in just 4 months with no marketing budget.
I established several initiatives to increase the business model of the organisation like an Internship program, Knowledge Base forums and E-learning platforms.
I created and organized the Sustainable Fridays events that where monthly gatherings for talks on different topic regarding sustainability. These events received great response and other organizations in other cities wanted to partner with us, more than 100+ participants attended in 6 months of talks. From September 2010 to July 2011 (11 months) Regional APAC Marketing Coordinator for the Microsoft Students to Business Program @ I launched and implemented the Student to Business program in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Korea and Nepal and recruited 6,819 members in the region in just 6 months, in addition to this I maintained the regional portal for the program (www.s2bprogram.com/apac) in collaboration with the website developers.
I organised monthly learning events on Microsoft technologies and educated 600+ participants, I facilitated partnership between Microsoft and universities, student organizations and industry players as a result more than I 100+ Microsoft partners join the portal within 6 months and more than 300+ jobs where posting on the portal and available for our members.
I was invited to speak in various HR and Students conferences on Microsoft technologies and student related initiatives. From January 2009 to November 2009 (11 months) SingaporeAnalyst for The Talent Raising Chapter @ I helped create relations with organizations in the Philippines, I was focus on contacting service clubs like: Rotary Clubs, Lion’s Clubs, Kiwani Clubs, Government and NGOs
I helped coach and mentor the local team of Aiducation in The Philippines From January 2009 to July 2009 (7 months) Assistant Account Manager @ I worked with Account Managers (Relationship bankers) on developing new credit proposal and credit reviews. I analysed and managed profit/loss and other financial information for companies from Fortune 500.
I managed different projects in the Corporate Clients department that improved efficiency in the department. Also I supported the Corporate Finance department in several merger and acquisition projects. From September 2007 to September 2008 (1 year 1 month) Brussels Area, BelgiumVice President Exchange @ I managed the Exchange Program in Belgium with great results (100 incoming interns, 44 outgoing students) more than 40% increase of the previous year.
I handled the partnerships with exchange partner companies like InBev, Ingersoll Rand, PwC, ABN AMRO, Microsoft, DHL/DPWN.
I coordinated legal issues regarding the AIESEC internships in Belgium and visa process, with my co-ordination we reduce the visa process of around 2 months to 2 weeks.
I supervised and co-ordinated the creation of the AIESEC expansion to Rwanda.
I facilitated and organised 5 AIESEC national and 2 international conferences (Portugal and South Africa) From July 2006 to July 2007 (1 year 1 month) Brussels Area, BelgiumVice President People Development @ I managed the national recruitment program and handled the talent management process for the national members (600+ members)
I coordinated the national alumni network. (4,000+ alumni in the network).
I was member of the global learning development team responsible for implementing the Talent Management strategy globally. I was responsible for couching the following countries: Spain, France, Germany, Finland, USA, Canada, Greece, Norway, Holland, Switzerland and Sweden.
