💼 Past Experience

I started my career as a Head of People at TAP Air Portugal in 2007. de facto, I was the Acting HR Manager while the manager, Martín Gomes, continued his training and worked in his previous post.In 2008, I was transferred to the HRBP department and I worked as Human Resources Manager. In this role, I managed all the HR processes and activities including employee selection, training and development, payroll, benefits, labor laws and collective bargaining.In 2010, I was transferred to the HRGeneralist department and I started working on the HR strategy of the company. This involved the development and implementation of HR strategy, communication and training methods, human resources policy, human resources systems and the communication of Labour Department related information.I also worked on creating a perception barrier against wrongful dismissal allegations and on managing the company’s social media presence. In this role, I was responsible for developing and creating the company’s strategy for human resources, as well as ensuring that all HR processes were followed.In 2013, I was transferred to the HR Director department and I started working on the management of the HR team and the development andplementation of HR policies. This involved the management of HR processes, employeeselection, training and development, communication and communication methods, human resources management system, human resources system and the handling of social media responsibilities.I also started working on the development and implementation of the company’s global HR strategy. This involved the development of GHR policies, objectives, strategy, governance and execution.As Head of People, I have also been responsible for managing the Talent Management process as well as preparing and presenting the company’s talent strategy. In this role, I developed and implemented the company’s human resources management system, managed the selection process, developed and delivered training and development programs, and managed the communication and communication methods with all employees. I also prepared and presented the company’s talent strategy to the Board of Directors.I have also been responsible for developing and implementing the company’s HRBP and People Talent Management processes.In MY previous work experience as HR Manager at TAP Air Portugal I managed all the HR processes and activities such as employee selection, training and development, payroll, benefits, labor laws and collective bargaining.
