Paul is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, and Registered Biological Safety Professional. The Central New York Section of the ASSE named Paul the Safety Professional of the Year in 1998.
Paul is active in the Public Safety Community as a member of the Onondaga County Disaster Preparedness Committee, the Regional HazMat Response Team, and the Central New York Medical Reserve Corps. He combines his technical background with his emergency response background as Adjunct Faculty in the Homeland Security and Environmental Technology departments at Onondaga Community College.
