I started my career at Canon U.S.A. in March 2008 as a Senior Manager, HR Business. From there I worked my way up through the ranks and held various Managerial positions until I became a Vice President, Human Resources at Irvine Company in May 2016. At Canon, I was responsible for all aspects of HR management, from policies and procedures to employee training and development. I was a driving force behind the company’s strategy for employee engagement and training and was able to build a strong and loyal HR team. My goal at Canon was to make sure that our HR team was able to provide the best possible experience to our employees and support the company’s goals and objectives.I am greatly impressed with the Irvine Company’s HR team and the work they do to support their employees. They have a strong commitment to making sure their employees feel valued and appreciated, and their policies and procedures are always designed to meet the needs of the employees. I am also happy to report that their HR team has been successful in containing employee anger and frustration and in Roadmapping our HR terrain to ensure that our employees are keeping up with the latest trends and practices. I am grateful for the work that HR team does at Irvine Company and I look forward to continued success in providing the best possible HR experience to our employees.
