Focus was on strengthening the base product and building a reseller network. From July 2008 to January 2010 (1 year 7 months) President Banyan Incentives Business Group @ Led a group of three business units operating in seven countries with revenue over $140M. Executed two fold-in acquisitions into the same facility within two years. Developed an innovation process to develop new business opportunities. Led a branding process working with outside consultants evolving our market segmentation and approach. Opened a shared production facility in Monterrey MX. Transformed culture of organization integrating the Operational Excellence philosophy. From 2003 to 2008 (5 years) President Taymark @ Taymark is a dynamic direct marketing company focused on the education and promotional products markets. Managed three acquisitions and a major internal start up in the same year. Responsible for the performance of three business units all with separate fiancials.
