Fritz has a background in executive management, management consulting, and technology integration, and has a deep knowledge in IT strategy, IT cost management, and transformation, large scale data management and analytics, complex program management, and operational strategy. In his time at TransUnion, Fritz was responsible for the Transformation of the company’s IT infrastructure services, business analytics, and marketing services product delivery. At BearingPoint, Fritz was responsible for the Strategic direction of leveraging the Firm’s utility industry assets within a $100MM practice to capture opportunities in high demand areas of the utility industry market. With Executive Advisory Group, Fritz led market due diligence for a private equity firm for a $75MM investment in energy services, as well as developing and delivering in excess of $15MM of annual new client work related to enterprise asset management. He also led the development and implementation of the company’s innovation and differentiation strategies for a major east coast media company, Developing the strategy and process architecture for transforming IT to a service based organization and achieving quantifiable improvements in delivery capabilities of the organization. At DiamondCluster International, Fritz was responsible for large investment bank—evaluating and recommend software lifecycle process improvements to increase IT ROA across front, middle, and back-office operations. Across 14 States, he implemented a change agent/field coach program to assist field technicians in adopting the new processes at Midwest Energy Holding Company; and as a consultant to US Telco Providers, DSL provisioning, and SouthEast Utility.
Paul Fritz's education has included a background in computer science, physics, and mathematics. Upon completing his BSCS from the University of Iowa in 1981, he immediately decided to pursue a career in computer science. Fritz would eventually earn his MSCS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988, and his PhD from the University of Utah in 1995. extraordinarILYajor component of Fritz's current work is his research in artificial intelligence. Fritz's work in artificial intelligence has resulted in the development of several successful cities, such asImplicit Potentials, where he has developed a software program that can learn and adapt its behavior to the needs of the cities it is used in.
