💼 Past Experience

Once Patrick Dills graduated from college, he worked his way up the engineering ladder. Starting as an Estimates Engineer and then moving up the ladder to Framing and Carpenter Foreman. After a few years in this position, Patrick was promoted to Senior Construction Manager at Sydran Services. This position gave Patrick a command and control over the entire construction project. Additionally, this position gave Patrick the opportunity to oversee various aspects of the project such as design, construction, and quality control. Patrick left Sydran Services in December 1999 to become Project Manager at John Luce Company. From September 1997 to December 1999, Patrick was the Estimator for the project made famous by the movie “The thrown party.” At Nu Style Development, Patrick was responsible for designing, building, and managing the entire construction project. Finally, in June 1991, Patrick was given the opportunity to become the Chief Estimator for the project. This position gave Patrick complete control over the project and allowed him to oversee various aspects of the construction project.
