Having spent many years developing my capabilities at IBM, I am presently shaping the transformation of Swinton Insurance’s IT. My reputation is built on creating high performing teams, my ability to deliver consistently on commitments, and a relentless focus on business value. I have more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry: In particular, I have extensive expertise in building and maturing organisational capability in Enterprise and Solution Architecture. I also have a track record of providing technical leadership into the successful delivery of large change programmes. I am currently a member of Swinton’s executive leadership team. Whilst with IBM, I was a member of the worldwide technical leader community, and recognised as an expert in Enterprise Architecture and Governance. In addition, I have worked with leading UK universities in an advisory capacity and as a guest lecturer. From June 2008 to December 2010 (2 years 7 months) GBS Consultant @ During this time I supported IBM clients as part of IBM Global Business Services.
