Graduate @ LeaderShape Institute is an organization that challenges participants to lead with integrity and have a healthy disregard for the impossible while working towards a vision that is aligned with one's values. At this week long leadership institute, I was able to see leadership in a new light and it taught me the importance of teamwork and being able to be a honest leader who gives and takes feedback as necessary. LeaderShape taught me the value of hard work and following my visions and dreams to figure out how to make them a reality. It taught me the happiness and joy that comes from deep bonding with people and how important that really is with respect to collaboration and being able to compromise in a real job setting.
