Paolo Martini is a Catholic theologian and priest. He holds a degree in theology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome, Italy. Martini then studied at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.- where he earned a Master's degree in predicated pastoral theology. Martini is currently a priest and theologian residing in Rome, Italy.Martini's work ethic is focused on his goal of providing the best possible pastoral care to his parishioners. He is constantly strives to develop new ways to understanding and reaching out to his parishioners, with a focus on prophetic preaching, catechesis and apostolic outreach. One of Martini’s most notable achievements at Azimut was his stint as the head of marketing and network training. He oversaw a marketing program that hired 400 new employees, tripled the viewership of the company’s Radiotelevisione Italia programming network, and tripled the number of television programs offered on the network. Additionally, Martini led a charge to increase business relationships with fellow Italian banks and to expand the Azimut Holding’s presence in Europe.In December 2012, Martini was named head of wealth management division at Azimut. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for increase the company’s assets under management, working with five investment trusts to grow the company’s assets by over €1 billion. He also directed the development of a new investment portfolio for the firm, which portfolio reached over €4 billion by the end of the year. Martini also gained notoriety in the industry for speaking out against market-based management products, and advocating for a more Rowe’s Share-focused investment strategy.In October 2016, Martini was named CEO & GM of Azimut Holding. His new role is responsible for the overall direction and day-to-day operations of the company.
