💼 Past Experience

PJ Way has been an engineering mechanical drafter for Ingersoll Milling Machine Co. from 1995 to 1998. They were responsible for creating drawings that exhibit the detail and method of assembly for a variety of machinery and mechanical assemblies. They direct and create product models as and drawings to generate a competitive advantage in the market. They also use innovative technology involving 3-D solid modeling (SolidWorks).

🎓 Education

PJ Way's educational background and work readiness has been largely built around four pillars: business understanding, communication skills, problem solving, and systems thinking. In his previous education and experience, PJ Way's focus was on the business world and he was highly successful in his coursework. In 2002, PJ Way's undergraduate studies resulted in a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. After picking up a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from University of Phoenix in 2008, PJ Way's focus has shifted to problem solving and system thinking. This is evident in his previous work experience in various environments, including roles as a business analyst and Manager of a B2B software development company. In these positions, PJ Way was able to apply his problem solving and system thinking skills to in-depth problem analysis and CREATE working relationships with his clients and team. He is confident that his background and experience can help him success in his current role as a technical consultant.

PJ Way holds a B.S. in mechanical drafting from the National Technical School of America (NTSA), a C.E. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a FAA-L/C.E. from the Rockford University School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
